I was staying in a little tiny home in Camp Verde right next to the river when I decided to make this little painting. I had a wedding to paint at the next day but I just felt so called to paint this beautiful birch tree. here It was just about sunset and the colors were so muted but I just felt like the softness of the light really made this painting work.
