Once we were finally back in Edinburgh, it was hard to find time to paint. This painting is from an afternoon we spent at the park. It was a beautiful sunny day until it wasn't and that was when I had to pack up my paints. I thought it might be fun to explore using other techniques in this painting so I used a toothpick to etch into the painting a little bit.
