I went on a plein air painting trip with a few other live painter friends and we had a great time exploring Port St Joe, Florida & painting all day, every day. This painting of Mexico Beach was my favorite one from this trip. I was exploring many different color combinations on this trip and was trying to push myself out of my comfort zone. This painting came together so easily and was such a fun challenge when trying to "find" the colors in the scene.
