My husband and I visited Telluride after I received a live painting booking there. Luckily for us, a few members of Cory's family live in Colorado so we were able to make a whole trip out of it with them. One of the places that we went to go fishing was Alta Lakes. I ended up bringing my paints and creating this painting while they fished our limit. I was so focused on making this painting that I didn't realize how burned I was getting. I ended up with a really terrible looking sunburn for the event over the weekend! But at least I was able to make this :,)
